-Fixed Where It Would Crash You From The Server If You Pressed 0 or 9. This was initially a test for saving and loading maps.
-Updated Help Menu So You Don't Go Blind From Looking At It. (That was a joke, i just made it look better)
-Added A Logo For The CityBuilders.exe File.
